We’ve made a significant upgrade to the custom requests feature, making it easier to track and process submissions. Each request now has:
Open or Closed
Status
Assigned Admin
Updates
The My Portfolio popup now has colours against items that require actioning to help them stand out at a glance, and consolidated the site information into one column
You can export the data from My Portfolio as a CSV for reporting purposes

When marking a maintenance request as closed, there’s now a prompt to update the status to either completed or declined
You can disable recent site requests in the resident application (please note this will require your app to be updated).
