Bulk send invite link

To help improve the uptake of imported lot owners, we've enabled the ability to resend the invitation link from the company dashboard in bulk. Using the new filters, you can select users who haven't activated their account yet, and were imported before a certain date. Learn more about this feature here.

Updates

  • New and Open custom requests are now included in the My Portfolio popup

  • Users imported into sites that have signup approval required, are now approved by default

  • Maintenance request table shows the description by default, and columns are laid out in a more logical manner

  • Custom requests no longer require a contact email

  • The concierge badge now only counts unapproved bookings if the venue requires approval, and if the booking is in the future

Bug fixes

  • Some sites weren't able to see the list of admins when assigning custom requests or tasks

  • In some cases the dashboard was being turned off by other feature toggles

  • The number displayed on the request badge was including all requests, rather than just new requests (as mentioned here)

Site manager

You can now assign primary site admins from your company dashboard, i.e. strata managers. This will allow them to view and focus on the portfolio of sites they are directly responsible for managing from the My Portfolio pop-up. If required, admins can also be assigned to other sites to assist colleagues when required without impacting their My Portfolio view. Learn more about setting up and managing this feature here.

Menu Badges

To help provide more context around what’s outstanding for each site, we’ve added notification badges with counts to the key menu items. For a list of what we’re counting for each badge, check out this article.

Updates

  • When an already imported user is added to a new site, they now receive an email notifying them and showing how to switch sites

  • Files can be uploaded to Committee Hub topic responses from the admin console (app update pending)

  • For all alerts, the SMS option is set to off by default, with push notifications and email now on by default

  • The site name, scheme number, and address are now included in the invite, alert, and notice emails.

  • If a site has a site manager (see above) the invite email will mention the strata manager's name

  • Option to assign an admin to new custom requests from the list page

  • Importing a site via CSV no longer requires the admin email field

  • Option for SMS invite link when adding a user in the company dashboard has been removed

  • Improved font size on the email notifications table under site settings

Bug fixes

  • Multiple emails in the same field were not getting split at some characters in the StrataMax integration.

  • Users weren't getting added to Committee Hub if they were marked as committee members after being imported.

  • Once a site is imported, it’s now immediately removed from the list of available sites to import. This is to ensure sites don't accidentally get imported twice in the same session.

  • SMS reports in the company dashboard were recorded from the end of the selected start date, rather than the beginning (causing them to be 24 hours off).

Improved custom requests

We’ve made a significant upgrade to the custom requests feature, making it easier to track and process submissions. Each request now has:

  • Open or Closed

  • Status

  • Assigned Admin

Updates

  • The My Portfolio popup now has colours against items that require actioning to help them stand out at a glance, and consolidated the site information into one column

  • You can export the data from My Portfolio as a CSV for reporting purposes

  • More filters on the Tasks page

  • When marking a maintenance request as closed, there’s now a prompt to update the status to either completed or declined

  • You can disable recent site requests in the resident application (please note this will require your app to be updated).

  • A new look for chips throughout the platform

Bug fixes

  • Editing a bulk correspondence template was causing an error

  • Issue displaying deleted Community Wall posts

My Home

App Version 5.9.3

PIQ & StrataMax MyHome section is now available for imported owners. This is where owners can access imported documents, see their levies, and view profile information.

New Features

  • For owners imported via StrataMax, the StrataPay button is now available on levies

  • Recent site maintenance requests can now be completely turned off from the admin console settings page.

  • Files can be uploaded to Committee Hub response

Updates

  • The MyHome tile is hidden for users that weren't imported (e.g. tenants)

  • Improved the layout of some admin notification emails

  • Updated EULA URL on signup and password reset pages

  • DocMax documents for imported StrataMax sites show the most recent documents each time the user visits the page (removing the need for the overnight scheduler)

  • Site files have been moved under the Site Information section

Bug fixes

  • The description on site contacts was not displaying

Remove admins from notifications

Exclude Admins is now toggled on by default when creating an alert or notice

Updates

  • Committee Representative is now an option in the StrataMax document audience selector

  • You can set the order of current activities under site information

  • The default end date for a notice to expire is now set to seven days in the future

Bug fixes

  • We've temporarily removed the ability to import details from site admins when creating site contacts (as this was causing the page to not load)

  • User types now updating on the building level when changed in the company dashboard

StrataMax document categories

You can now select from existing categories in your StrataMax account when setting up document imports. This new feature also allows you to set a display label for each category, which will be used in the resident application.

Features

  • New Integrations Layout We’ve improved the layout of both the StrataMax and PropertyIQ integrations pages to be more logical and user friendly

New look and feel ✨

We’ve improved the user interface throughout most of the system. This means more consistent pages, headings, button placement, and menu items. Things should feel less cluttered, navigation should be easier, and elements are now more modern.

You can preview the changes in this video walkthrough. If you have any issues or feedback around these changes, please reach out to our support team or your account manager using the chat widget.

New features

  • Company Dashboard navigation If you’re a company admin, you can now navigate to the company dashboard by clicking the up arrow on the navigation component. To return to the site, simply click the down arrow or select a site from the quick select menu.

  • Site navigation There are now two ways to switch sites: clicking the My Portfolio button or clicking on the site name for the old quick select menu.

  • Help centre links Almost every page now has a small explanation and link to its related help centre article.

  • New site dashboard The dashboard has been simplified and the calendar brought onto the first page

  • Collapsable filters Previously the filters took up a lot of space on the page. They are now collapsed inside a filters bar so the table is more visible.

Updates

  • Removed Company Dashboard dashboard When going to the company dashboard, you now land directly on the Sites page. To see a count of all your sites or users, simply scroll to the bottom of the table.

  • Removed mobile validation signup link For those admins who don't want to add a mobile number on signup, you can now simply put n/a and continue

  • Symbol validation When creating a notice, we now warn you when an invalid character has been placed in the title (which would cause issues displaying the file on the mobile application)

Bug fixes

  • Only change email from site level Previously you could edit an email from account management, but this wouldn’t update the email used to login to the system. Simply find the users profile at a site level to update their email for the entire system.

Faster My Portfolio

The new My Portfolio popup is now caching data, meaning it will be a lot quicker to navigate between sites after the first load.

Updates

  • Redirection on Global Communication When creating a notice, newsletter or other global communication items, you’ll be redirected to the approvals page after saving.

  • Removed site level notifications for maintenance request status change In order to streamline the maintenance requests process, we’ve removed the prompt to notify all site residents when changing the status of a maintenance request. If you’d still like to notify the site, you can do so using the normal alert or notice feature.

Bug fixes

  • Correspondence templates were hidden behind preview If you have a large number of notice templates, you can now scroll to access the templates that were previously hidden behind the preview.

  • Date to stop showing notice disappears When going back to edit a notice, the “Date to Finish Showing Document” was not appearing in the form. This has now been fixed.

  • Missing fields in Maintenance Request Export The Primary contact Name, Lot Number, assigned to email, and secondary contact is now included in the CSV export function

Your local

Add deals from local businesses to your resident app with the new local deal form. On the site admin console, navigate to CommunitiLocal > List Deals > Add New Deal. The business deal will then be placed under the Your Local section of the mobile application for residents to see.

Updates

  • Company Dashboard performance We’ve improved the way we retrieve data for the large Sites and Users page in the company dashboard. While the initial load time will likely remain the same, the data now “stays” on that page - meaning you won’t need to load everything again the next time you visit the page.
